Ø User shall be entitled to cancel an order booked on tdsprint.com by placing a Cancellation request at “info@tdsprint.com” or by logging a call to our Support Team.
Ø Valid Reasons for Order Cancellation:
Ø Order by Mistake
Ø Wrong Item Ordered
Ø Cancellation requested by a customer will lead to a deduction of 18% (3% Payment Gateway + 15% Other Charges) from the total amount of order.
Ø In case the order is already shipped then 18% (3% Payment Gateway + 15% Other Charges) + Forward Shipping Charges + RTO (Return to Origin) Shipping Charges will be deducted from the total amount of order.
Ø We have all the rights to cancel the order without any prior notice for any reason whatsoever. (100% refund will be given).
Ø Refunds will be initiated to the source of payment. Sometimes, we may require your Bank Details or Paytm Number to initiate the refunds manually.
Ø We will credit refunds within 5 to 7 business days after approval.
